Living in Seattle!

So now I'm living in Seattle, makes for a good 2nd or 3rd post. Haha I will use this one day....

So another semester starts. Spring semester of 2009. Things have changed from all prior semesters though. I have taken out my first loan (in 8 years of college) and currently do not have a job (another first in the last 8 years).

The last 3 months have been interesting. I have had no income and because of this have reduced my spending considerably. But I realize now that when working for my previous employer (the ARRC) I lived well beyond my means (and they were considerable means too!!) I never saved and didn't make the best of financial decisions. So this year will be different. I will start saving because I never want to have to be concerned and worry about Money as I am now. But we will see and I do mean "we" because I think I will start writing this blog for fun.

Fantastic! I am not exactly sure what I will do with this blog, but my first and foremost goal will be to follow friends and family as they blog around the world!
